What file types can I upload?
PDFs, Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, images (PNG, JPG), and videos (MP4, MOV). We support 20+ file types.
Can viewers see documents without creating an account?
Yes. Viewers only need the shared link. You can optionally require a password, NDA acceptance, or email identification before they access content.
How does viewer tracking work?
When someone opens your shared link, Dealbase records their identity, time spent, pages viewed, scroll depth, and whether they downloaded. You get real-time notifications and a full analytics dashboard.
Is there a limit on the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 data room, 10 documents, and 30 share links. You get basic view tracking. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited everything plus advanced analytics and e-signatures.
Can I revoke access to a shared document?
Yes. You can revoke any share link instantly. The viewer will no longer be able to access the document, even if they previously had the link.
Do you offer e-signatures?
Yes. Place signature fields on any PDF. Signers can type or draw their signature. You get a signed copy with a certificate page and audit trail.
Is my data secure?
All documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Share links use unique codes with optional password protection. We maintain a complete audit trail of every access event.
